My approach

HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE
After signing up for a package, you will receive a health questionnaire to provide information about your symptoms, medical history, family history, habits, lifestyle, and food choices. This will give me a better insight into what might be happening in your body and help me focus on areas that need more attention. You will also be asked to complete a five-day food diary and send it before our first consultation.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
We will use this session to review your questionnaire and ensure I have all the essential information for creating your personalized plan. We will also explore your symptoms, lifestyle, food diary, and eating habits further. Within 10 days of this consultation, I will send you your personalised initial plan.

WEEKLY OR FORTNIGHTLY FOLLOW UP CONSULTATIONS AND FOOD DIARY ANALISIS
Changing your eating habits and lifestyle takes time, and everyone can benefit from support along the way. We will be meeting over Zoom calls to discuss your progress and food diary. It’s time to ask as many questions as you need. We will review your test results if required and work together on adjusting your plan. Chronic conditions and more complex cases often require a plan with multiple phases. This way, we can address different systems of the body one at a time. Our weekly support calls will guide you through the different stages of the plan.

TESTING
We will first examine what you might already have from your GP. I may recommend additional functional tests that are more detailed than those provided by GPs. We'll discuss them in our initial consultation if necessary and will give significantly useful information for your case.
